On October 24, 2023, President Xi Jinping delivered written Remarks to the International Symposium to Commemorate the 10th Anniversary of China's Principle of Amity, Sincerity, Mutual Benefit and Inclusiveness in Neighborhood Diplomacy.

Xi Jinping pointed out that a basic policy of China's neighborhood diplomacy is to develop friendship and partnership with its neighbors and foster an amicable, secure and prosperous neighborhood, which embodies the philosophy of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness. Over the past decade, China has actively practiced the principle of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness, and developed friendly and cooperative relations with neighboring countries in an all-round way. The political mutual trust between China and its neighbors has been constantly enhanced, and their integration of interests deepened, thus blazing a path of good-neighborliness and win-win cooperation.

Xi Jinping stressed that in the new era, China will work to add new dimensions to the principle of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness, and champion the Asian values featuring peace, cooperation, inclusiveness and integration, so as to provide new impetus for regional solidarity, openness and progress. China will work for new development of the principle in a way that it will enable Chinese modernization to bring more benefits to its neighbors and contribute to the modernization process in Asia , so that China's high-quality development and a sound neighborhood environment will reinforce and complement each other. China will continue to practice the principle of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness, and join hands with other countries in the region to build a peaceful, safe and secure, prosperous, beautiful, amicable and harmonious Asian home to jointly write a new chapter in building an Asian community with a shared future and the community with a shared future for mankind.

Themed "Amity, Sincerity, Mutual Benefit and Inclusiveness: New Dimension, New Progress and New Vision", the International Symposium to Commemorate the 10th Anniversary of China's Principle of Amity, Sincerity, Mutual Benefit and Inclusiveness was co-hosted by the Office of the Central Commission for Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Beijing on that day.
