The atmosphere remained warm and cordial, in which all guests showed a close family tie between each other. They made passionate speeches and belted out songs to give their sincere blessings, and expressed gratitude to the Consulate for holding such a meaningful party that combined reunion, consolidation and friendship. The young generation of Filipino Chinese said, though they were born and grew up in the Philippines, and even might not have been to China before, they still loved China because of the Chinese blood inside. They wanted to devote themselves to the China-Philippine friendly relations and the development of China.
