On September 28th, 2018, Head of Post and Consul of the Chinese Consulate in Laoag Mme. Wang Jianqun met with Ilocos Norte Provincial Director PSSupt. Cesar Pasiweng. The two sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation between the Chinese Consulate and the Police force especially protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the local Chinese community.
