On February 19, 2019, Chinese Consul and Head of Post to Laoag paid a courtesy call on Hon. Ilocos Norte Provincial Police Director Cesar Pasiwen, exchanging views on strengthening cooperation between the Chinese Consulate and the Provincial Police Office about protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the local Chinese community and tourists.
