On July 8, 2019, Consul & Head of Post Zhou Youbin visited the province of Isabela and met with Hon. Vice Governor of Isabela Bojie G. Dy III, who is also the former governor. The two sides exchanged views on strengthening exchanges and cooperation between Isabela and China.

 

 

 

Consul Zhou thanked Governor Dy for his long-term friendship with China, and highly appreciated the promotion of China-Philippine exchanges and providing the convenience to overseas Chinese living and working in the province.

Dy welcomed Zhou’s visit to the province and said that the new provincial government will continue to strengthen ties with the Chinese Consulate.
