On July 16, 2019, the Batac City Mayor Albert Chua paid a courtesy call to the Consul & Head of Post to Laoag, Zhou Youbin at the Consulate Office. The two sides exchanged views on establishing close ties and promoting further exchanges between Batac City and China.
