On November 15, Consul and Head of Post of Chinese Consulate in Laoag Zhou Youbin attended the birthday celebration of Senator Imee Marcos.

Consul Zhou wished the senator a happy birthday and good health. Meanwhile, Senator Imee thanked Consul Zhou for his presence and thanked the consulate for its support to Ilocos Norte especially during the severe floods caused by the typhoon Ineng in the province. She also hopes to continue to work well with the consulate.

 

The Consul also had a cordial exchange with the Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Manotoc and Laoag City Mayor Michael Keon.
