Consul Zhou congratulated Mayor Magalong again on his new mayorship saying that his fruitful work since he took office have been impressive.

Mayor Magalong thanked Consul Zhou for his continuous care and support for the Chinese community in Baguio. Recently, Baguio City and the Nanjing City Government have signed a letter of intent to establish a sister city relationship.

Consul Zhou added that the friendly cooperation between China and the Philippines had been strengthened. He hoped that Baguio would seize the opportunity to help the city's economic and social development.

The two sides also exchanged views on the third phase of the construction plan of Baguio Filipino Chinese Friendship Park.
