Consul and Head of Post Zhou Youbin of the Chinese Consulate in Laoag, paid a courtesy call to Dagupan City Mayor Hon. Marc Brian Lim on December 5, 2019.

Consul Zhou congratulated Mayor Lim for having been elected. He thanked the city government for their long-term support and concern for the local Chinese community. Chinese Consulate is willing to maintain a good cooperative relationship with the city government to promote local exchanges between China and the Philippines.

Mayor Lim addressed the important contributions made by local Chinese. The city government is willing to work closely with the Consulate to jointly advance pragmatic cooperation projects and achieve mutual benefits and results in favor of both parties.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the construction of the Dagupan Chinese Filipino Friendship Park project.
