On June 9, Consul & Head of Post Zhou Youbin met with Benjamin Magalong, Mayor of Baguio City. Consul Zhou congratulated Mayor Magalong on his win  in the general election and his successful re-election.

Mayor Magalong thanked Consul Zhou for his kind words. On the occasion of the 21st Filipino-Chinese Friendship Day, Consul Zhou's visit to Baguio and cutting the ribbon for the completion of the Filipino-Chinese Friendship Garden is a strong support for Baguio City and reflects the friendship of the Chinese people.The two sides are satisfied with the cooperation in fighting the pandemic, typhoon disaster relief, and helping the people in the past three years, and look forward to continuing to expand friendly cooperation in the future.

Executive Secretary of Mayor Engr. Phillip Puzon,  Chairman of Baguio Filipino-Chinese Community Executive Committee Mr.Peter Ng attended the meeting.
