On November 11, Consul and Head of Post of Chinese Consulate in Laoag Ren Faqiang, met with Police Provincial Director of Ilocos Norte PCol. Julius C. Suriben in the Consulate.

Consul Ren welcomed Director Suriben's visit and thanked them for their long-term support and assistance to Chinese citizens, enterprises and the Consulate.

On behalf of PNP Ilocos Norte, Director Suriben welcomed Consul Ren’s assumption as head of the Consulate, and thanked the Consulate for its support to them for the capacity building and the fight against the pandemic.
