The Association of Chinese-Funded Enterprise (Philippines) and the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte successfully conducted an Investment Fair on November 29 in Manila.

Gracing the event were Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines, H.E. Huang Xilian, and Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc, who both delivered inspiring messages for the participants. Governor Manotoc also introduced agriculture, renewable energy, tourism, infrastructure and other projects in Ilocos Norte at the fair.

Consul & Head of Post Ren Faqiang of the Chinese Consulate in Laoag attended the fair and spoke as one of the guests in the Government and Entrepreneurs Face to Face Investment forum.

Nearly 100 representatives from Chinese-funded enterprises, Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Filipino-Chinese Federation, and Filipino-Chinese communities from all walks of life have participated.

The fair was jointly organized by the Chinese-Funded Enterprise Association (Philippines) and the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte. A signing ceremony of the relevant cooperation agreement was also held on the spot.
