On April 18, Consul & Head of Post Ren Faqiang of the Chinese Consulate in Laoag visited the municipality of Dingras and met with Mayor Joefrey Saguid.

The two sides had friendly discussions on strengthening local exchanges and cooperation between China and the Philippines.
