On February 8, a dragon and lion dance team organized by the Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Ilocos Norte came to perform at the Chinese Consulate in Laoag. Consul & Head of Post Ren Faqiang invited the Filipino neighbors of the Consulate to watch and celebrate the New Year of the Year of the Dragon together.

As the golden dragon flew and the lions danced, the gongs and the drums roared, a wonderful performance was enjoyed by everyone.

After the performance, Consul Ren exchanged new year greetings with the neighbors and thanked them for their support and help to the Consulate. The neighbors likewise wished the Consuls all the best in the new year.
