On March 7, Consul & Head of Post Ren Faqiang of the Chinese Consulate in Laoag met with PCOL Frederick Obar, the new Provincial Director of the Ilocos Norte Police Provincial Office.

Consul Ren congratulated PCOL Obar for his assumption of new position and thanked the provincial police for their support to the work of the Consulate over the years.

On his part, PCOL Obar expressed his willingness to strengthen cooperation with the Consulate to ensure the safety and security of Chinese citizens, companies and tourists in the province.
