On September 11, Consul and Head of Post Ren Faqiang of the Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in Laoag, met Dr. Moya Collett, Deputy Ambassador of the Australian Embassy in the Philippines, at the Chinese Consulate Office. Consul Ren and Dr. Collett had friendly exchanges on the issues that concerns both parties.
