On September 13, Consul and Head of Post Ren Faqiang of the Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in Laoag, met the Governor of the Province of Ilocos Norte, Hon. Matthew Marcos Manotoc.

Both parties exchanged views on continuing to promote friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation between the relevant provinces and cities in China and Ilocos Norte.
