According to the new policy of Ilocos Norte, all visitors to Chinese Consulate in Laoag to enter the provincial borders shall present RT-PCR taken within 72 hours, or undergo Rapid Antibody Test within 36 hours,as well as certificate from the Chinese Consulate.
