On May 22nd, 2020, China's Sichuan Province donated 10000 pieces of Medical Face Masks to Philippine's Pangasinan Province, which were received by Vice Governor Mark Ronald DG. Lambino.

On May 28th, 2020, Governor of Pangasinan Amado Espino III sent a signed letter to Governor of Sichuan Province Yin Li through Chinese Consulate in Laoag. He said the face masks had helped provide frontliners the necessary protection, the strength and confidence. Sichuan's generosity and benevolence continue to inspire and assure us that together, we could win this battle.
