The Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in Laoag was established in April, 2007. The Consular district covers 15 provinces across Region I (Ilocos Region), Region II (Cagayan Valley Region), and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) of the Republic of the Philippines.

China and the Philippines enjoy a longstanding friendship. It is my great honor to serve as the 8th Consul and Head of Post of the Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in Laoag. Together with my colleagues, I am committed to fostering the healthy and steady development of China-Philippines relations and enhancing friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation in Northern Luzon. At the same time, we shall devote ourselves to safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of Chinese citizens and enterprises and providing dedicated consular services to them.
