On July 23, Consul & Head of Post Ren Faqiang of the Consulate of the People's Republic of China in Laoag, together with Hon. Cecilia Araneta-Marcos, Governor of the Province of Ilocos Norte in the Philippines, cut the ribbon for the opening of CA Chinese Restaurant in SM Mall in Laoag, which was jointly funded by local Filipino Chinese. They wish the Chinese restaurant to have a prosperous business.
