On June 23, Consul & Head of Post Li Xiaoyan of Chinese Consulate in Laoag met with Mrs. Ritchelle Dejolde, Education Program Supervisor of DepEd Division of Ilocos Norte. The two sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation between the Consulate and primary and secondary schools in Ilocos Norte in areas such as basic Chinese language education and youth exchanges between China and the Philippines.
