From June 16 to 18, Chinese Ambassador Jing Quan, accompanied by Li Xiaoyan, Consul and Head of Post of the Chinese Consulate in Laoag, visited Batanes Province, the northernmost province of the Philippines. During the visit, they met with Governor Ronald Aguto Jr. and Vice Governor Jhong Nanud. They also visited the Basco Naidi Organic Farm & Hydroponic Farm donated by Chinese Embassy, as well as the Batanes State College.
