For Paoay National High School, Principal Daniel Tabili, local Chinese teachers and other staffs were present during the turnover. Consul Zhou also met three scholar students from the said school who are now studying in China.

Meanwhile, Chairman Melchor Co, Principal Teresa Co and other faculties received the donations for St. Santiago School.

Consul Zhou appreciated the three schools' active promotion for cultural exchanges between the Philippines and China over the years. He said that during China's fight against the pandemic, many Filipino friends showed concern and encouragement to China. He remembered the video recorded by teachers and students of Paoay National High School to encourage China which moved many people. He added that the Consulate has been concerned about the lives and health of the local people, especially the students. With the new school year about to start, he hopes that the batch of materials will help teachers and students prevent and combat the pandemic.
