On March 10, to celebrate the International Women's Day, the Consulate held a movie reception showing the Chinese story film "Cell Phone". Around 100 women representatives and their family from provincial government of Ilocos Norte, City government of Laoag, municipal government of San Nicolas, Fil-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Chinese Amity Club of Ilocos Norte attended the reception.

Proceeding in a happy and relaxing atmosphere, the reception was a great success. Guests appreciated the invitation and arrangement by the Consulate, and highly spoke of the Chinese humor of "Cell Phone". They looked forward to more interactions with the Consulate and getting to know Chinese culture better.
